Hello everyone!!
These last two years have been a great experience in my life, one year in Madrid and another in Göteborg.
I have been working in diferents gyms with diferent kinds of clases: Capoeira, Afrodance, Fitness, Aerobic, Step, Body Step, Body Pump, Box, Cardio Box, Pilates, Pilates Ball, Core, Ciclo Indoor, Water Aerobic and Water Capoeira.
I also met a lot of friends in my Social life, Fitness, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Salsa.
Great year in Göteborg, im now going on holidays during 3 months, starting 1st of june. Road Trip 2008, Malmo, Roterdam, Paris, London, Clermont Ferrand, Barcelona, Madrid and Lissabon. I hope i can do this in 15 days, wich me luck!!
After i will be in Portugal, my home land.. training a lot!
